Balgigul, 40 years-old, sits on her bed in a psychiatric hospital. Her son was injured by a mine and lost his two legs. She was shocked and now feels impotent to deal with her family daily life. There is no one to really treat psychatric problems. Because of the lack of training universities can offer, psychologist are just able to clean patients and feed them. Psychiatric hospitals are transformed in centers to wait for death.
