A man sleeps in a psychiatric hospital. Families ask the hospital to chained up their relatives supposed to be mad because 'they could be violent'. There is no one to really treat them. So no one knows what they suffer from. For sure, 25 years of war deeply affected Afghans. Because of the lack of training that universities can offer, psychiatric hospitals become death centers.
