A young man reads an advertising postcard he found while scavenging the dump site of Dandora in the East of Nairobi city. Dandora dump is one of the biggest dump in Africa. An United Nations study found that half of 328 children tested near the Dandora dump had amounts of lead in their blood exceeding internationally accepted levels.
