A young glue sniffer lights up a cigarette butt. Many street children of Nairobi live around the dump site of Dandora to find some food and a few trashes to recycle. 'When they come to the health center, it is when they are almost dead' says a doctor in the health center next to the dump site who 'does not see so much dumpers'.
